As a replacement for LCD TFT displays Controller boards based on a scaler of the STDP60xx and STDP53xx family, Display Solution GmbH offers the new generation of the d.scale HD family.

The 2nd generation d.scale HD is based on Realtek’s RTD2486 chip and supports HDMI and DP on the input side. LCD TFT displays up to a resolution of 1920 × 1080/1200 can be connected, for which an 18/24-bit single / dual LVDS interface is available. Depending on the version, the d.scale-HD can be supplied with 5V / 12V or 24V, supporting displays with 3.3V to 12V. Supply voltage and control signals are provided for the backlight. Both the hardware and the firmware of the new d.scale HD produced in Germany is an in-house development by Display Solution GmbH. Therefore, customer-specific versions (also with analog RGB input) can be developed promptly at any time.
